My name is Michelle and I am a Zumba instructor. As you can imagine, I have a passion for dance and have been teaching for four years. I love a variety of music and rhythms, and I will teach you the basics, then build upon those with intensity and fitness variations. My goal is to make you forget you are working out; but it’s also my job to make sure you know by the end of class that you did work! But if you don’t like to dance I also teach Strong by Zumba®, which is a high intensity, interval training format and Zumba Toning.
Danielle found yoga almost 10 years ago in college when anxiety and stress were at the highest they had ever been for her. She fell in love with how the practice freed her mind and as well as how it made her feel about her body and its capabilities. You could say her "Ah-Ha" moment happened after her first power flow class. Although she tried many types of yoga through the years, power flow was the one that really spoke to her heart. She is on the path to becoming a Tier One Certified Baptiste Teacher and has been consistently teaching for the past year. She loves how this practice can make anyone with any body type feel strong, capable and beautiful. Her goal through teaching is to share that feeling with anyone who practices with her.
