We have high quality equipment, including several cardio & strength training machines, free weights, heavy bags, and a recreation court with basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. We also offer free, fun, and engaging group exercise classes ranging from Yoga, Zumba to Kickboxing and more. We also offer service such as personal training, nutrition coaching life coaching, as well as other free services.
